A:We have an extensive background in design and planning, and we can give you budgetary guidelines throughout the entire design process. Being familiar with the costs as they relate to the design allows us to do this. Architects can help you with design, but are often not familiar with the associated costs.
Q:How much will this project cost?
A:There are a lot of factors, such as size, scope and complexity. We can work within your budget, design to your budget, or do competitive bidding based on other peoples designs.
Q:Are you licensed and insured?
A:Yes, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded.
Q:Do you have references that I can contact?
A:Yes. Contact us for a list of reference. The list is constantly growing as we complete jobs.
Q:Is there some place I can go to see your work in person?
A:Other than the pictures you see here, we can provide you with additional contact information for references that have agreed to be contacted (names, numbers etc).
Q:Do you handle construction documents, permits, submittals, inspections, etc?
A:Yes, as a full service construction company, we handle everything.
Q:Who handles and orders the materials for my project? What's included?
A:We can produce a 100% complete project, that is, we handle everything. However, sometimes the customer has a requirement that excludes certain materials, which is ok.
